There is not a better machine out there then the KNK. The quality of the machine is outstanding as well as Sandy's continued support with learning these machines. The manual is something you cant live with out. It is so detailed with pictures, and step by step directions. Along with Sandy's awesome videos that walk you through so many process. The software is just amazing. I have been working with KNK software for over 2 years now and still learning something new all the time. You will love this machine.
