I'm afraid that KNK Studio is not a Mac-based software either. You can install Parallels or VM Fusion... one of the emulators, along with a version of Windows. Then you can use our software. But I assume that's the same case with your Roland?

I currently use r-wear studio with my roland machine for my rhinestone shirts. However, I just purchased a MAC computer and that software is NOT compatable. Is the KNK Studio compatable with a MAC and does it work with the Roland engraving machine? Thanks!!!

There is a heat activated adhesive on the rhinestones. You need to use a hot iron or heat press to apply them to a shirt, purse, tote bag, or whatever.

The rubber is what you cut on the die cutter to create a template with a lot of little holes.... the pattern. Then you shake the rhinestones onto the rubber and they fall into the holes. Amazingly, about 3/4 will land the correct way. Then you can use a brush and usually flip the remaining ones over. Now you have a rubber template filled with rhinestones. You now take this sticky transfer plastic and press it over the top of the rhinestones and LIFT them up and out of the rubber. You align onto your T-Shirt (or whatever) and then apply the heat. Peel off the plastic and you're done! : )
