Hi Georgia,

Look for the two little pale gray lines at the start of the toolbar. Hold down your mouse and drag the tool bar down and drop it on the left side of the screen. It should then be in the original location. Let me know if it doesn't work and we can connect by VNC and I can show you.

This will be an easy one for you, but it is driving me crazy. My tool bar has moved to the top left corner of my page. I am used to it being down the left side. What did I do and how do I get it back? Thanks for all you do Sandy.

Perhaps… I’m having a tough time visualizing what you’re seeing. Can you do a screen shot and then email it to me at sandy@iloveknk.com? Also send me the file you are working on and a LOT of details about what’s happening. We’ll get it figured out.

In the node edit mode my node is not placed where I click. A plus comes up in the distance and I can not use this function. Have I changed a setting?

Probably. When you are in Text Mode, one of the numbers at the top is the Kern Percent. That should be set to 100. Actually, it’s the value right beneath the word “Help”. What does yours say?

Whenever I type text, it is all squished together, and I have to kern the letters apart just to read it. Did I somehow mess with a default???
